I'm not sure we make a good team at all, Kal. But good teams are hard to make and more often than never you have to work with what life has brought your way...

Nah. It takes much more, and much more personal stuff, to make me mad.

But, being an ex-pedant myself, I've grown very short-tempered with other pedants over the years. Stop fussing over little things, I keep telling them in my head; there's so many important things that need your attention.

And yeah - "let bygones be bygones" expresses a very similar idea to our Здраве да е. That's why I'd call any more delving into that direction a "little thing".

Have I said otherwise? My point is that it's really interesting that the health and wellbeing wishes are deeply imprinted in Bulgarian culture, and so far I fail to find a match for the exact phrase in English. If we are just trying to pass the time, I guess "Fuck it, let's move on" also has a similar meaning. And I'm trying to participate in this discussion due to your own question to the other "speakers". But it doesn't matter now. Let bygones be bygones.

Btw on the main topic, are there any "acception letters"? How do they look like?

And should we continue in English or we've already left Earth's orbit, so we can talk in Turkish, pardon me, in Bulgarian?

Fender Stitch: personal rejection

Dear Kalin Nenov (Human Library Foundation),

Thanks for your interest in Fender Stitch. I'm sorry to say that ""The Film-thin Bound (Fantasy)"" doesn't fit our immediate needs.

This almost feels like a poem, which I appreciated, but the initial contradiction of a fist screaming out doesn't jibe well with me at all, and I think it takes too long to get to the crux of the story, especially since it it only 600 words. Best of luck placing it elsewhere, though!

In its short lifespan, Fender Stitch has already received a great deal of work of incredible caliber. A rejection from us is not a negative reflection on your ability as a writer.
